Optimizing Eating Outside the Home  Skyrocketing Prices  - No doubt food and fuel prices skyrocketed for myriad reasons since 2020 global COVID pandemic…. reasons vary of course.    Greed, global conflict, global pandemics, and inflation, etc. have done nothing to lower prices, but continue to raise them. So, like many others I’m compelled to focus more on needs vs wants, as well as healthy versus unhealthy. Optimizing Eat Outside the Home  – Despite the negativity surrounding rising costs, I’m finding ways to eat healthy and affordable outside the home.    Yes, portions are smaller with my approach, however, the current U.S. diet is often full of junk, too high in calories, and contributes to ill health.  My Solution : Eat with your macros in mind.    Focus on your protein intake.    You will fill up faster, prioritizing health first.
